ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation check in time is after 2:00pm or by prior arrangement. Check out time is 11:00am or by prior arrangement.
Please provide us with an estimated arrival time to ensure we provide you with the best possible experience and to ensure that our meet and greet service is onsite upon your arrival.
Our rooms can be configured for superking or single single beds with luxurious linen, towels, robes and hairdryers are supplied. A fridge and pantry stocked with goodies means you can enjoy breakfast and snacks at the Lodge making your stay simple and enjoyable. Stays of more than 3 days include a complete service and clean.
Number of rooms: Four (4)
Max Per room: Two (2) persons
Bedding: Super King or Twin Singles
Loft Suite: Located on first floor (no lift). This suite is the only suite on this floor and is therefore very private. Doors open to deck and views. This suite is very different in that the bathroom is an “integral” part of the room with stand alone, curved bath and toilet within the room, discreetly hidden by a screen.
Masters Suite: Ground floor- end of building, private, doors opening to deck and views. Separate private bathroom and flat screen AV system.
Beach & Chart Rooms: Doors open out onto decks and views of the bay. Not ensuite - both rooms share a large bathroom.
INCLUSIONS
Included in our rates – exclusive use of the Lodge, meet and greet on arrival, accommodation, gourmet self cater breakfast, snacks, on-site parking, free wireless internet. Stays of more than 3 days include a complete service and clean.
WEDDING, EVENTS AND CORPORATE OFFSITES
We offer exclusive use of the Lodge for corporate events corporate offsites and boutique weddings. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
BOOKING POLICIES & OTHER TERMS
Reservations: will be accepted and guaranteed by us on receipt of your valid credit card details, depending on availability. We accept all major credit cards and New Zealand dollars. Bookings will only be accepted if they have a valid credit card number, cardholder’s name and expiry date at the time of reservation. A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance the week prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: bookings cancelled Within 30 days – 50% of the full stay charged. Bookings cancelled Within 7 days or for non arrival - full stay will be charged. All charges will be debited against the credit card supplied at the time of reservation.
Child Policy: Children are welcome.
Disabled Access: The Lodge is mostly on a single level but entry to the lodge is via stairs.
Lodge Facilities: With more than 450m2 of floor space and another 200m2 of deck and patio area, the lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Separate guest lounge, media room, office and relaxation room. Sun decks, hot tub, outdoor wood fired oven, petanque court, uninterrupted sea, island and mountain views. Helipad.
Closest Airport: International – Auckland. Local – Whitianga, Pauanaui and Matarangi (small aircraft.) Prior notification for use of onsite helipad is required.
Property Grading: Luxury – 5 star.
Damage: Significant, willful or malicious damage made to the Lodge by any guest may be debited against the credit card supplied at the time of reservation.
